the promoter is a cheat you can go and visit the site and see previous construction of apartments which are like shabby old and shoddy construction every one lost the money which is 15 year old, same builder making new house in new name now diverting his cash money all around the society hutments are there, frequent power cuts only 3 sample villa constructed that too without permission since past 6 years before lockdown beaware what you are getting into

surrounding places are dirty no conncectivity power cuts regular old building also poor condition builder is a big cheat

Water logging during rains

Public transport inaccessible

Hospitals far away

Not many restaurants

Dimly lit streets

No police patrolling

locality is good . college and school are just 2 to 3 kilometer far . hospitals also 5 to 10 kilometer far. i

Accessible local markets

Great cleanliness

Peaceful and not crowded

Things need improvement

I feel safe in the locality but place don't have that much people living around their street lights are well maintained. their is no crime I heard
