Excellent apartment situated in booty more near the main city of Ranchi. airy and spacious room, clean environment. easy accessibility of schools and colleges.

lack of greenery, over flowing water on roads , no maintenance of roads, over crowded main road, encroachment near the road which creates problem for common people.

Good things here

this 2bhk independent house situated near the Booty more which is a very busy area. Public transportation are easy available here. Airy rooms, spacious bathroom,24 hrs water and water supply also present there. easily accessibility of school , hospital and banks.

Locality around booty more is vibrant and diverse offering a range of amenities and attractions, there are many parks nearby offering a green and fresh environment. The neighborhood is also known for its educational institutions with several schools and colleges nearby contributing to a lovely atmosphere

Although I have liked many things about booty more but one potential disadvantage could be traffic congestion , especially during peak hours resulting in traffic jams and delay for commuters. Additionally the high population density in the area may lead to issues such as noise pollution and overcrowding .
