The cleanliness of the society was very good. There was greenery in the society.
Things need improvement
There was a major issue of electricity in the society. Every flat had an inverter because there was no light for a long time and the parking area was very small according to the flats in the society.read more

I recently bought a home here and I can see it is not very great. The houses are weak with poor facility, poor manpower, poor building construction and fake promises by the Auric team.

I was really afraid of a recent incident here. In the first rain pavor block of common areas is totally is demolished, a complete land slide is taken place, Water get accumulated at LT room, Park and in STP
