Good things here

Very reasonable maintenance charges ,Good locality, road facing flat,Top(3rd Floor )Floor,No lift, Communication is very good ,well connected with prominent bus routed, 3 minutes walking distance from Jatin Das Metro station. Self occupied and owned property .read more

Things need improvement

I have been living in the flat for last 17 years and have not faced any safety or security issue.The falt is situated in stand alone building G+3 having six flats as such there are no facilities like Gym,indoor sports etc.read more
