Good things here
The people here are nice, friendly, and humble. The spacious terrace offers a delightful outdoor space, and the society presents an appealing appearance from the outside. Security is ensured with 24/7 security guards. Each resident benefits from designated parking. There is a consistent 24/7 supply of electricity and water.read more
Things need improvement
Public transport is not readily available. There are issues with garbage collection, and the water quality is very poor, I would say its pathetic. Additionally, the architecture suffers from frequent cracks and seepage, leading to maintenance concerns which are not address at all. Despite promises, amenities have not been provided after payment. And like all those were not enough, the non-functional CCTV and poor-quality lifts contribute to security and accessibility issues within the society.read more

The society benefits from excellent connectivity, providing convenient access to autos, cabs, and the metro. The neighborhood fosters a friendly and cooperative atmosphere, making it a welcoming place to live.read more
Things need improvement
Traffic and parking issues for guests are prevalent. Maintenance is average, with concerns about irregular garbage collection, higher fees, and lack of water tank cleaning. Construction problems include poor ventilation and leakage. While amenities such as a garden, play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park are available, they are not yet operational. Security measures also need improvement.read more

Good things here
Cleaning is done on time. Electricity supply is fine. Autos, cabs, and other transportation are easily available around the society. Covered parking is allotted for everyone.read more
Things need improvement
The water quality is not good; there is too much iron in the water. There are no amenities in the society as promised when we bought the flats. The society has not been handed over yet. The maintenance is not good; one of the lifts is often out of order. The construction quality is also not good; tiles come off and there is no proper maintenance. There are no festivals celebrated here.read more

Good things here
Good water, electricity supply . Cabs and autos are readily available . All amenities like swimming pool, gym , clubhouse and park are available in the society . Good security and parking facilities .read more
Things need improvement
There is leakage , seepage and cracks issue in the building . Festivals are not celebrated in the society as much , people are not that engaging . No other issues in the society.read more
