I can provide general information in many areas road and traffic quality can very depending on factors such as urbanization infrastructure development and manufacture during monsoon season heavy rain fall can lead to road flodding potholes and increase traffic congestion due to reduced visibility road conditions proper driange systems and road maintenance are crucial to migiate the issue but in some areas clogging and traffic jamm can still occur during heavy rain fallread more
