April 17, 2024: Real estate developer Shubhashish Homes has entered into a development agreement with Gurnani Group to develop a residential group housing project on Jaipur’s Main SEZ Road, just 100 metre from the main Ajmer Road. Spread over 10.6 acre, the project will offer approximately 7 lakh square foot (sqft) of saleable area and will be developed as a luxurious villa project. This development agreement transaction was managed and advised by Urbangaon Properties.
Mohit Jajoo, executive director and CEO, Shubhashish Homes, said, “This will be a landmark project of Rajasthan. We will develop it as a very luxury villa project. We are targeting the launch in the later half of this financial year, subject to approvals from the authorities. This will be our third big project in this micro market of Ajmer Road. This will be a launch-heavy year for us, as we have four launches lined up for this fiscal.”
Shubhashish Homes is a part of the Shubhashish Group, promoted by its founder and chairman J.K. Jajoo. The company currently has 2.3 million square foot (msf) of area under development across five projects, with a total development and sales potential of over Rs 1,100 crore.
