Cabs, Auto easily miljata h, Building Hamari main Road pr h, Water logging issue nhi hota, Water and electricity supply sahi h, We are actrually on rent to overall construction is amazing no plaster falling no waterproofing required till yet. Good things here
Transportation connectivity is fine with availability of buses and autos. Maintenance is taken care of with timely disposal of garbage. People are decent here in the society. They celebrate all festivals together.read more

There is no metro station available nearby the society. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the society premises.read more

Good things here
Cab services and autos were available easily. Maintenance was fine with CCTVs and elevators installed. Two spacious gardens were available. People were cooperative and friendly.read more
Things need improvement
There was no connectivity to the metro. Construction quality is poor due to 12 years old infrastructure. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available.read more

The building is supported by top facilities such as intercom, landscape garden, gym, car parking, children’s play area, rain water harvesting, club house and so on. It is clean and green and very well-maintained.

The 2BHK apartment I rented is quite spacious with 1215 sq.ft. area. It has two bathrooms, one of which is attached to the bedroom. It is budget friendly and quite ideal for middle-income people.
