There are local markets which are available outside the society. There are no construction issues in my building, there are no seapage or leakage issue in my building. The people in the society are cooperative and friendly, all cultural festivals are celebrated together in the society. There is no network issues that are faced in the societyread more

Things need improvement

There is a major problem of this society, which is the roads outside the society, the roads are worst in this area, throughout the year road constructions are done which makes connectivity and transportation difficult There are a lot of disturbances faced during travelling because of the roads constructions which are done outside the society throughout the year. There are no malls, hospitals, schools around or nearby the society. There are other buldings in the society that face construction issues like seapage and leakage issues. The society paintings are not done on time when needed, painting is done once after 10 years. Other facilities like gym is available in the society but the equipements available in the gym does not work properly, swimming pool is available but it is not functional to use The water supply is a major issue of the society, outside water supply needs to be called when needed. A lot of drainage issues are faced during the rainy season, water logging issues are seen a lot outside and inside the societyread more

Thakurpukur is a Region of South West Kolkata in the Behala area of the Indian state of West Bengal. Thakurpukur is a residential region in Kolkata. Thakurpukur was also under the Barisha area of Sabarna Roy Choudhury's zamindari era. Thakurpukur police station is part of the South West division(Behala Division) of Kolkata Police. Behala Women police station, located at the same address as above, covers all police districts under the jurisdiction of the South West division, i.e., Sarsuna, Taratala, Behala, Parnasree, Thakurpukur, and Haridevpur. Jadavpur, Thakurpukur, Behala, Purba Jadavpur, Tiljala, Regent Park, Metiabruz, Nadial, and Kasba police stations were transferred from South 24 Parganas to Kolkata in 2011. Except for Metiabruz, all the police stations were split into two. The new police stations are Parnasree, Haridevpur, Garfa, Patuli, Survey Park, Pragati Maidan, Bansdroni, and Rajabagan.
