Good things here

The park royal is a colony on mukundpura road where the society is well maintained by the society welfare committee with wide and green spacious areas on road and also greenery to be seen nearby. Power cuts are frrequent here due to the waterline work i.e of Bisalpur Waterline pipe installation. The residents here are quite decent and polite who participates in every function or events happen. There is a good safety in the society as camera is installed at the main gate with a security guard on duty.read more

Things need improvement

The roads there needs repair as because of bad roads, water lodging is seen there especially in rainy season. Cabs and auto are inaccessible over there, you have to go 1.5 km away from the colony to get the faciltiy of cabs. Local market is around 3 km away from there. The maintenance charges are high here.read more

Good things here

The society is build with good quality materials and well maintained and also JDA Approved with mapping for Bisalpur Line recently so there is no water issues right now until the water line starts. The maintainence charges are quite moderate around 700/p.m. Festivals are celebrated in the society in unity.read more

Things need improvement

The transport facility here is the main cause of problem as no vehicle is easily accessible here and also the roads are damage because of digging the roads for water pipeline. Roads are not so big in size and always feels congested. The nearby school and hospitals are like minimum 2.5-3km awayread more
