One of the best parts of living here is the wonderful community of friendly and humble neighbors. The connectivity is excellent with public transport available day and night, and the well-maintained roads make getting around easy. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby adds to the convenience. The presence of well-maintained elevators is also a plus. The apartments are well-built with excellent construction quality, ensuring no issues like seepage or termite problems. Proper ventilation, good plaster, and fittings add to the comfort. Modern amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are also available and well-maintained.read more
Unfortunately, the society lacks in maintenance and cleanliness, which is a significant drawback. Garbage collection and water supply are particularly poor. Aside from these issues, everything else is fine and meets expectations.read more
