Specifications
Structure: RCC Framed Structure with adequate footings, Columns and RCC slabs with ISI branded TMT steel according to structural designs with seismic consideration, first class wire cutting chamber brickworks of 9” thick for outer walls and inner partition wall with plastering. Individual Sump for Bore and Drinking water.
Flooring: Flooring will be done with quality granite / 2X2 vitrified tiles.
Kitchen: Granite platform in kitchen counter with 4’0” Ceramic tilling on the wall with Stainless steel sink.
Toillets: Ceramic anti skidding tile flooring & Tile finish with branded white sanitary fittings branded cp fittings.
Windows and Ventilators: Steel grills (painted), wood frames and placing glass of reputed make.
Doors: Main doors will be of Indian teak wood. Other doors will be with good quality country wood frame with laminated skin door. Toilet door will be PVC flush door.
Electrical: Concealed wiring Ancor/Finolex/Kundan with adequate ISI branded swithes.
Plumbing and Sanitary Fittings: Parryware/Hindware/Johson or equivalent make with western closets and wash basin. CPVC pipes for water supply. High quality PVC drain will be provided.
Painting: Internal walls - Painted with One coat primer, Two coat putty and Two coat Asian/Dulux/Nerolac or equivalent Emulsion paint.
Compound Wall: Each villa will have a compound wall.
