The apartment is very neatly maintained and has the best ambiance. The society has two club houses, a tennis court, and swimming pool on the rooftop, billiards and an indoor badminton court too. The security is very strict and it is very close to supermarket and international cricket stadium.

It is a dream come true to own a house in MVV City Phase I. The amenities provided are world class and everyone living here comes together in keeping the premises neat and clean. The construction is very good, and mostly love the kids play area here.

It is one of the best townships in Vizag. The society has all the amenities, has beautiful gardens, and some of the flats have a very beautiful hill view. It also has a huge sports complex and a very nice kid’s play area.
