O&C has completed Fifteen Projects And Three Projects are underway. The total Residential & Commercial area completed is approximately 300000 sq mtrs, whereas the area underway is 70000 sq mtrs. We currently have 2.25 Million sq mtrs of developable area in all. The Company is guided by people who have their Experience & Expertise in related areas for around a decade. In these years, we began with some hardships that usually go with starting a business and went through with some confident as well as some not so confident moments.
