Society has good maintenance. There was no issue regarding quality of construction. Society has the pleasant atmosphere of the neighborhood. The residents are friendly and helpful. The society offers various facilities. There are convenient transportation options available including buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis, which make it easy for residents to reach nearby services. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse were available in the society. there is a large park nearby where children can play and residents can socialize. The society has good connectivity with auto, cabs, metro, railway station, buses, and good road quality. The construction has no seepage, leakage, or cracks and good ventilation and sunlight. Amenities include a garden, children�s play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park.read more
The lift is not working. Garbage collection is missing. Maintenance does not solve issues on time. The neighborhood has noise issues and lacks interaction among residents.read more

The metro station is located at a distance of 2 kms from the society. Road traffic is manageable and not that problematic. The building quality of the building was pretty decent and painting was conducted frequently. All amenities such as swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym available within the premises of the society. Dedicated parking spaces were allocated for both owners and visitors. The community members were friendly, cooperative, and actively participated in celebrating festivals. All the events were happening in the society.read more
The society has some issues regarding seepage. People are facing this issue. It becomes really difficult during the rainy season and the residents have to face it as till now the problem has not been resolved. This issue needs to be fixed.read more
