Main concern I have about this area is about traffic congestion, which occurs during office times and on peak hours, which cause alot of frustration. There is no metro service nearby. Also certain road in some area need good maintenance and upkeep. Minor amount of noice and air pollution can face during busy hours. We don't have any scarcities here as this place is located in the heart of the city. Best shopping complexes, markets and super speciality hospitals are located in the surrounding.
