-5 mins walking distance from Dum Dum Cantonment METRO and TRAIN stations. -30-40 mins from NOAPARA and DUM DUM JUNCTION METRO/TRAIN stations. -10 mins from GORABAZAAR. - 25 mins from nearest Municipality HOSPITAL. -5+ medicine shops nearby including MEDPLUS and APOLLO PHARMACY. -Totos/Cabs available 24/7. -ZOMATO, SWIGGY, DOMINOS', BLINKIT, and BIGBASKETS all provide delivery service in this area.
Things need improvement
-No big malls nearby. -Loud music during Pujo/Rokto Daan Shibir Other than that I really dont know any disadvantages of staying there.

excellent locality near dumdum junction railway station. Excellent connectivity. east facing 1st floor

Less parking space and roads little narrow. no lift. otherwise all is fine here with proper connectivity in prime location.

Good things here
Best place for living in Kolkata. Roads are widely spacious. Low traffic jam in this area. Also public transport are easily accessible in this area. Great school, hospitals and residents are located in this region. The road is well litted with streetlight which is safe for children during night time. Adequate amount of water and electricity
Things need improvement
The main problem in this locality is the sewage treatment as the drainage system is not so equipped which creates lot of trouble for people. Also the pollution in this area is quite high. along with that some times cabs and auto are unavailable.

Transport always available here also connectivity with other places is good.All facilities are here for your family . resturant and shopping malls are available here.

Good things here
All important schools, malls,restaurants are available in the locality. The Locality is claim and clean.The area is peaceful and flat is cleaned regularly. Cctv cameras available in flat. You can buy essential things easily from the markers. No crime report find in this year. Roads are blocked sometimes due to heavy rains.

I nothing dislike about the locality but there is high traffic in the locality and Station is so far.

this is a fully package appartment.there are very good electricity supply,no power problem.which is very helpful for the works, study,and any other works..and specially in summers days. the neighbour are very helpful..the road are not so busy..for transport purpose you get auto ,buses for all over routes of city .you can get nearby metro station also..and also railway station. there are so many schools nearby apartment you can admitted your children for better studies..there are private and government school also present.. medical facilities of this area is very good.there are so many medical shops , polyclinic, nursing Home and hospital also..For shopping there are many shopping mall present at the location.

truly says that dislike about this place the list is very short. maintenance cost is high of this place

There are good facilities and amenities in the Dum Dum locality. Schools, hospitals, shopping malls and good places to visit are all near. Public transport is very convenient with buses, trams, metro and cabs all available. The locality is quite peaceful.

Housing accommodation in the Dum Dum area are good. There are issues of garbage accumulation and burning that lead to severe air pollution. There are also frequent traffic jams on the main highways. There are good schools and shopping malls.

Prices of property in the Dum Dum area are affordable. The quality of construction in the residential complexes are good and the facilities within them are excellent. Road, rail, air and metro connectivity are all excellent and the area is very safe and livable.
