Established in 1989, Deepak Builders & Developers, a renowned and trusted Real Estate Development firm in Nasik, with more than 40 projects planned, developed and executed magnificently is the dream child of sole proprietor Mr. Deepak Chande. He has earned a reputation by building both contemporary and modern homes and commercial complexes that are thoughtfully designed, meticulously executed and nested in prime locations around Nashik City. With over 34 years of successful run in the real estate development, the commencement of this journey was pathbreaking. Pimpalgaon Baswant, a village located 35 kms from Nashik city is where our first project - a small three storey building was based. Today, we take pride in having completed a blissful journey of 34 years and shall continue to endeavor exclusive projects. We have established our presence in not just the residential sector but are also pioneers of innovative and sustainable commercial spaces. One of our pioneer projects, "Star Zone" which houses high profile clients like the only passport office in Nashik, illustrates the same.
