Good things here

There are many schools in this area, and the hospital is just 1km away from the residence. I personally don't use buses as I have my own vehicle for travel. Parking is never an issue, with open space and basement parking available in the society. The corridors are wide, and the garden area is well-maintained, providing ample open space. The society is very hygienic, and maintenance-related issues like plumbing are resolved in a timely manner. Festivals like Diwali, Holi, Lohri, Makar Sankranti, and others are celebrated with enthusiasm. The society is pet-friendly, and the best thing is the spacious apartments with good ventilation, with markets conveniently close to the neighborhood.read more

I face traffic issues during peak hours, which can be quite inconvenient. Additionally, there is a minor seepage/leakage issue in the bathroom. However, the maintenance of the clubhouse, swimming pool, and sports facilities like table tennis and squash walls leaves much to be desired. The table tennis table is not in proper condition, and there are cracks in the squash walls. Moreover, the tennis court lacks a net, and overall, these facilities are not well-maintained.read more

Cabs are easily available in the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Water supply issues are also not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden area is also available. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available.read more
