Very much good and spacious area for accommodation. Auto and cabs are easily available. No water logging during rainy season. Low traffic jam in the street. I feel completely safe walking around the town where I live at night. I live in a small town where crime is low or non-existent, the only thing to worry about is the drunks, dope heads or dead beats but they are no threat as they are easily ignored and don't cause any problems.
