Empire is a premium housing project launched by well-known real estate developer Uttarayan in Dharapur, Guwahati. The mega project is offering 2 and 3 BHK apartments for sale. Carpet area of 2 BHK apartments is in the range of 517 to 600 sq ft. and for 3 BHK apartments it is 645 sq ft.
