Good things here
Everything is available at the doorsteps. Area have good public transport and easy cab availability.. The roads are not well maintained but not very bad. There are few schools nearby my home which is good for study. Here many vegetables shops where we can purchase any vegetables. Apart from vegetables shops there are mainy grocery shops as well.. Power cut is very frequent... And also there is many hospitals nearby where doctors are good
Things need improvement
Environment is not so good. We always get traffic jams in our locality and that traffic jams remain for very long time.. sometimes it becomes headache for us to travel from one place to another.. There ks no proper parking system for bikes or cars. There is very lack is street lights and there are few street lights which do not work properly.. The Mohalla is very unhygienic and people are too very unhygienic... Area is very polluted.

Ambegoan BK has well developed infrastructure, with good connectivity to other parts of Pune. Ambegoan BK is a great place to live for those looking for peace and greenery. The area is surrounded by hills and has lots of open spaces which makes it a great place for walk or cycling. Ambegoan Bk's living cost is relatively lower than other parts of Pune. The real estate prices are affordable making it a great place for young families or first-time home buyers.

The air quality in Ambegoan Bk is poor, especially during the winter months.area is prone to dust and air pollution. Public transportation system is not developed making it difficult to people to travel to other parts of Pune. One of the major issues in Ambegoan Bk is traffic congestion. The roads are narrow and overcrowded which leads traffic jam. Area lacks basic amenities such as clean water and proper sanitation facilities. Etc

Good things here
Here all Streets are in well condition and highly clean .in this area street light also installed.so it feels free to walking and driveing in night especially for ladies.here every time water facility also available.in night police keeps the area safe by doing petroling especially in night .here lots of hotels and restaurants also available and One D Mart also available for shoping and badminton court fish market and bus stand also available near to this area.this area also very close to National highway also.
Things need improvement
In this area traffic problem is very frequent and as it is nearer to coastal area so water is always available but it not drinkable all the time because of salt is more in this area water. There some primery hospital and clinc are available but there not good facelity available. and also due to high trafic and here both air and noise pollution occured.

Great location, with highway nearby , excellent bus access, glossary store and restaurant within a short distance - highly recommend.

Regrettably, the surrounding road often face issues with pothholes , leading to traffic jam ,detracting for the overall convenience
