Good things here
Happy Colony is a very established place with old trees and a peaceful vibe. Happy Colony has the convenience of the shops and bakery inside the colony. Plus, the connectivity to the Karve Road is very fast. Schools like Abhinav are nearby for the children. Safety is very high due to the strong community.read more
Things need improvement
Paramhans Nagar is a difficult place to drive because of the steep-sloped roads. Paramhans Nagar water pressure is very low without the heavy motor is here. Because of the slope, the senior citizens cannot walk easily. Maintaince of the road is poor and slippery in rains. Parking is dangerous on the slope.read more

The locality is a well connected with easy access to metro station and nearby bus depot. close to reputable schools and hospitals. there are various shopping malls restaurants and grocery grocery stores are available within walking distance. transportation facility in this locality are top notch.read more

Kothrud is very good locality to live and for job purpose this locality is very good. Kothrud, which was also known as Kothrud Baug during the Maratha Empire era, is an upmarket residential neighbourhood in the city of Pune. The neighbourhood is located to the West-Central region of the city. During the recent times, Kothrud has seen a rapid expansion as well as development in commercial and residential real estate. Kothrud has expanded its territory to Karve Nagar and Dahanukar Colony in the South, Bavdhan or Chandani Chowk in the North and the West, whole of Erandwane in the East.
