The connectivity here is fantastic. The society is right in the heart of the city, with schools, hospitals, markets, the metro, and the railway station all nearby. Public transport is easy to find, and the roads are well-maintained. Garbage collection is regular and they do a good job with wet and dry segregation. The elevators work well and are regularly maintained. There's good ventilation in the buildings, and the gym and clubhouse are decent. The neighbors are really friendly and helpful. read more
The gym is disappointing; it's small and lacks equipment, and it's poorly managed by the builder. There's also no swimming pool, which is a letdown. We've had issues with termites, and despite reporting it to the builder, no action has been taken since it's their responsibility, not the RWA's. read more

Maintenance charges are reasonable at 3 rupees per square foot, and the society offers amenities such as a gym and banquet hall. People in the society are friendly and helpful.
