I live in Ubber Palm Meadows but the locality is not good. Public transports are not readily available from near the location and you won’t find cabs easily. Maintenance is highly needed.

Ubber Palm Meadows is a good place to live in but the condition of the neighbourhood is not good and the locale experiences frequent power cuts. The roads approaching the apartment are not clean either.

Ubber Palm Meadows has a very nice ambience and the atmosphere is nice and calm. There are enough open spaces surrounding the building where children can play. The residence is well-maintained.

There are many facilities of Ubber Palm Meadows such as full-time security, fresh water supply and good ventilation. The apartments are spacious and have contemporary architecture. The location is very good. It is well-maintained too.

Mohali is officially called Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and is a planned city in the District of Mohali in Punjab. It is also a major commercial and administrative hub towards the southwest of Chandigarh. It is also the headquarters to the District of Mohali and one of the six municipal corporations in the State as well. Mohali has become a major IT and ITeS hub in the State of Punjab. Several infrastructural projects have been implemented by the Government in the State, including the development of major roads and other infrastructure. The city was once within the District of Rupnagar and became a separate one only in the year 2006. The total area of Mohali is 176.17 square kilometers while the population was estimated at 176,152 people as of the year 2011. The coordinates of Mohali are 30.699°N 76.693°E.
