The primary positive aspect of this society is its excellent connectivity. Over time, the area has gained value, attracting numerous businesses and hubs nearby. Residents benefit from convenient access to auto cabs and other transportation options, which facilitate easy movement. Additionally, essential amenities such as grocery shops are conveniently located in the vicinity of the society.read more

Things need improvement

The society, initially settled by individuals responsible for garbage collection, is located in a simple lane with houses originally two storeys high, now expanded to four. Despite this, rental charges remain high. Unfortunately, the societal atmosphere lacks education, leading to frequent use of inappropriate language, which is not conducive to family living and may influence children negatively. Situated in a low-lying area, the society faces significant waterlogging issues during the rainy season. Moreover, there are no amenities or adequate security measures, raising safety concerns.read more

Cabs and autos are readily available, and the construction quality is average. Schools and hospitals are conveniently located nearby. The society has access to metro and bus services, making transportation easy. There are no issues with garbage collection or seepage problems in the society.read more

The society lacks essential facilities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, park, community hall, and tennis playground. Additionally, the residents are very busy and do not actively celebrate festivals together.read more

The society enjoys a prime location with the metro station and market just a 2-minute walk away. The neighbors are friendly, adding to the community's warmth. Although you used to reside there, the flat is now rented out, and you seldom visit.read more

Due to the age of the buildings, cracks have become a common issue, prompting the need for renovations, which some residents support while others do not. However, due to the presence of multiple families in each building, security services, as well as amenities like park security and clubhouse services, are not provided.read more

As a former resident who left about 5-6 years ago, I can attest that the connectivity was good during my time there. The metro was available, and public transport was accessible at all times.read more

Things need improvement

During my time as a resident, the CCTV cameras often didn't work, and hygiene maintenance was lacking. Additionally, amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool were not available. There wasn't anything particularly remarkable about the people either. Overall, there's a need for significant improvement in the society.read more
