Good things here
kiran park has a very good transport facility,sardar colony National highway NH47&NH48 are nearest highways and sabarmati jn railway station is also nearby.There are many hospital facilities which include sanjivani hospital ,gujarat burns hospital and may more . H K arts college and bhavans college are the nearest college . It also has cinema theaters nearby which includes PVR Cinemas , shrirang films etc. Nava vadaj police station is the nearest police station there . there is easy access to cabs . sabarmati riverfront and mahatma gandhi asramam is one of the most beautiful site to visit in this area.read more
Things need improvement
There are traffic jams which is a main concern . The roads are not safe at night since there are some crime cases reported . Unhygiene is also a common issue faced there . Air pollution due to high traffic is also a life threatening cause . No or poor police patrolling during nights . Some of the owners of shops nearby shows a harsh behaviour. there are many more developments to be doneread more

It feels like a little bit of everything you need is right at your doorstep. The markets are bustling with fresh produce and everyday essentials, all within walking distance. Plus, there's a great sense of community here. There are parks nearby to relax. everything is well connected metro, buses, cabs and autos. It is also well lit and maintained, with great security.read more

There is a bit of traffic on. the roads sometimes and visitor parking might be a concern sometimes .read more

The best society in Rohini Delhi. Most of the facilities are available in this society. I am living here since 3 years. I am satisfied with the community here. The society is well maintained with excellent amenities. The residents are so helpful and welcoming. overall a great place to live.read more

One of the luxurious areas of Rohini is Sector 13. No problem of frequent power cuts and water logging. Spacious parking area with well maintained roads and streets.read more
Things need improvement
Thing to dislike about the area is traffic jam and overcrowding but the place offers wide variety of services at nearby like banks , schools, malls , etc.read more

Little bit traffic can be a issue as sector 13 connects to major other places. Rest it's all good with renowned schools nearby like Sachdeva Public school.read more
