Good things here

The transportation and connectivity around the society is pretty good, auto, cabs are easily available around the society. There are nearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society. Hospitals are also nearby. Traffic issues does not happen. The road quality outside the society is perfectly fine, street lights are properly functional. CCTV and lifts are very well maintained. the society. Garbage collections are done on time. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The society is pet friendly, pet related issues are not faced as such. Parks for kids are available in ameneties.read more

Things need improvement

The maintainance services are not that good in the society as timely cleaning and maintenance is not done properly. The issues are not resolved on time when raised to the management department. There are no amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids available in the society. The constructuion quality is not too good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in my flat in the society.read more

Construcstion is though it was 20 year old building but there us no leakage or seepage in the houses. Connectivity is good auto are available outside the society.read more

There was big issue of lift and parking in the appartments which create confilcts among the residents. Lift was not available in the society which is major problem for the senior citizens living in the building. Maintainance is not good because cleaning is not done regularly in the soceity and the sweeper is also not working poorperly even with the salary. Amentites are not provided in the society like gym, cluhouses, garden, playareas, swimming pool.read more
