Koregaon park is one of the high class locality where various rich peoples are living. there are all the necessary amenities are available within the radius of few km. school, hospitals, pubs and restaurants are available nearby. roads are well maintained and safe at night for travelling.read more

The main problem in this locality is very high cost of living and also frequent traffic jams on roads during peak hours.read more

the city charming location field with the abundant nature and stunning gardens offering a sense of tranquility. the streets are kept in excellent condition and this surroundings are used with contemporary amenities guaranteed are comfortable existence. good transportation facilities.read more

during intense rainfall the issue of power outages occur. the price of property is relatively high around here when we compare to other City parts.read more

water supply services is very good and there are no parking issue and also there are no power cut issues. all the basic facilities like schools hospitals Gym and restaurants are available at the radius of few km. transportation facility are also very good. a lot of greenery spaces.read more
