The localities very come and peaceful. buildings between the trees are breezing. schools college Mall restaurants and all the other amenities are easily accessible and transport facilities are also very good. good standard of living for sure in this locality. no water shortage and power cut issuesread more

Perungudi is one of the safest places to live in. As an office goer, I just love how the area has a good network of connectivity. The upcoming metro station will be a great relief from the traffic jams.

Perungudi is a safe and convenient place to live in as it has all the necessary amenities like stores, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Besides, it has some very good affordable PGs in the locality which helps students like me.

I love Perungudi as it offers everything that an individual from a middle-class family needs. I believe this is a centre for middle-class housing with a sound road network. As t is connected via OMR, I face no isues commuting.
