Perungudi has a dedicated railway station on Chennai Beach-St Thomas Mount stretch. The connectvity is so good that you will never face any issues while booking a cab or reaching your destination as there are no traffic jams or snarls. The lush green park, jogging track makes you feel light and fresh. CCTV cameras with security professionals make you feel safer. The public transport is within reach and there is no traffic problem outside and because of this reason cabs arrive at time. read more

Ascendas IT Park, TVH Agnitio Park, TIDEL Park and Chennai One IT SEZ act are popular IT and commercial hubs within 5 km. Excellent location with excellent connectivity and lush green parks. The biggest reason to stay here is that it is pocket friendly and it is much easier to travel any part of the city without any hassle as the connectivity is quite good. All the basic amenities like shops, malls, metro station, schools and major colleges are nearby.
