Only 3 km away from Kasturba Nagar MRTS station, improving connectivity of the locale. It is a nice project with beautiful environment in the society. The biggest reason to stay here is that it is pocket friendly and it is much easier to travel any part of the city without any hassle as the connectivity is quite good. All the basic amenities like shops, malls, metro station, schools and major colleges are nearby. Safety and security is taken care nicely with the support of CCTV cameras and security guards which greatly reduce the fear of any kind of problem to the kids or women. Sometimes there is a network issue so, it might not be suitable for work from home environment.read more

You won't have any problems here because all of the amenities are either available or close by. Located along Old Mahabalipuram Road & East Coast Road, ensuring connectivity with IT and commercial centres of OMR; there is no need to worry about the security point.
