The only good part of this building is that the location is within town limits of Mumbai. Except that, the place is not for people who want any peace and serenity in their abode.read more
Samar Heights is surrounded by slums on 3 sides and one old housing society on the 4th. Plus the access to the building is absolutely crowded at all times of the day with slum-dwellers, hawkers and daily wage workers. The housing prices this quoted by the owners here seem just delusional at best.read more
