the locality is a mix of comfort and charm , the variety of commute options is very impressive the public transport is quite available and also school is nearby , busses and well maintained roads connect you to all major areas which saves us time and keeps you well connected, the supermarket pharmacies and banks are conveniently within easy walking distance.read more

I mean ofcourse living here has its own down side and there are many amenities but some gaps in things like the , parking , no enough or more spot especially during peak hours and it often leads people to park which causes the congestion the market meanwhile can be assessing but can be overcrowded sometimes or in festivals , making hassle at times of shopping and then heavy foot traffic and all.read more

Good things here
We will be getting the best facilities here. For the education of our children, the best schools are located within our surrounding with the best teaching facilities. Roads are very well connected with all the surrounding places. Market is located very near and it will be open on all the seven days of the week. Sufficient quantity of water will be available every day for drinking. The best public transport facility is available here for travelling. All the varieties of shops are located within our surrounding with the availability of all the products.read more

Market will be crowded most of the times and the traffic jam issue is also so common in our surroundings. Some of the other very minor problems are also seen here but they will be resolved in very lesser time.read more

Magarpatta is a beautiful and developing place. Here Uber and private taxi are available at late night also. Swiggy and zomato are available at door steps. The roads are well maintained and connected to main roads. CCTV coverage is also there for safety by police. Shopping malls, grocery stores, pharmacy are nearby under 3KM radius at walking distance. There are good restaurant and cafe for dining. Petrol pumps are also nearby.read more

The major problems for the people are traffic jams. There is frequently traffic jams at office leave. People park there vehicles at the road side opposite to stores and there homes due to this traffic jams occurs. There are garbages thrown on the side of roads. During rainy season the roads become dirty which should be maintained by the authorities. There is frequently poor police patrolling in some areas which should be improved.read more
