Real estate developer Joyville Shapoorji Housing has launched the ‘Sky-Luxe Edition’ of duplexes and penthouses as part of phase-1 of its new residential project near Hadapsar, Pune. The project includes 168 duplexes and penthouses with carpet areas ranging from 1,220 sqft to 1,326 sqft. The cost of these duplexes starts from Rs 1.45 crore. The company expects to generate a revenue of more than Rs 1,000 crore from this project.
The 9-acre project offers two towers, featuring 3-BHK duplexes and penthouses with a saleable area of about 2.8 lakh sqft. With exclusive terrace and podium amenities, the Sky-Luxe Edition residences are crafted for sustainable living and are built with energy-saving features such as energy-efficient walls, low-flow water fixtures, and rainwater harvesting, leading to lower energy utility bills, the company said in a statement.
Located along the Pune-Solapur Highway, Sky Luxe Edition lies close to neighbouring localities such as Kalyani Nagar and Koregaon Park, the company said. “It also enjoys good connectivity to transit hubs like the Pune Railway Station, Pune International Airport, SP Infocity, and Magarpatta IT Park,” it added. The Pune-Solapur Highway and the Pune-Ahmednagar Highway also pass through this region.
