Good things here
Maintenance of the society is very good. Water facilities are excellent, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is efficient, with wet and dry waste collected separately. The construction quality is very good, with no issues of seepage in the society. The parking area is spacious, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. Hospitals are available within 1-2 kilometers from the society. The metro nearby is very convenient. Inside the society, there is a grocery shop, which is very convenient.read more

Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society, which is very inconvenient. There is no garden area in the society, but no dedicated kids' play area. Additionally, there is no visitors' parking in the society. Connectivity options like cabs and autos are not readily available, which is also very inconvenient.read more
