Shantilal Real Estate Services was founded by Late Shri Shantilal Tulsidas Cholera in the 1980s in a port town of Goa-Vasco-da-Gama. Back then, the concept of owning Real Estate was seldom practiced and mostly the home seekers resided in rented homes. With his ‘never say die’ and ‘the show must go on’ attitude, he persuaded people to consider owning homes and facilitated the entire home buying process. Our founder was amongst the pioneers who professionalized Real Estate marketing and foresaw a great potential in the industry. Since the 1980s to early 2011, we assisted almost all the recognized and reputed developers of Goa and also ones with a National presence to market their projects to the end users, investors and NRIs. Sole selling rights of projects was another concept which our founder introduced in the Goan Real Estate market and he has multiple ‘record sales’ to his credit. In 2011, we identified the gap and lapse in the market and turned in full throttle to undertake backward integration. Identifying and understanding the home seekers requirements and their sentiments, we launched our first project and since then our story continues…. Today, our family business is managed by the Generation Two and Generation Three with a perfect blend of lineage, experience and fresh ideas.
