easy access to schools,restaurants, shops and hospitals. wlkable distance to medavakkam koot road bus stand and medavakkam bus depot.

The locality has no load sheading issues and if there are any maintenance works prior notice is given to all the residents of the locality. There are traffic signals at all major intersections which helps in congestions with not much potholes on the roads.

The famous Marina beach is quite near from this locality which is a good tourist spot. Trees are present on either side of the road providing a good green cover and makes the drive much more enjoyable. The streets are well lit as well.

There are 24 hours police patrolling in the area which makes it easy for the women to come home late from work as well. Nanmangalam reserve forest is present within the locality which is also a good place for hiking as well.
