The place provides amazing design and layout with well maintained infrastructure and accomodation. There is no problem of water logging.

Transportation facilities are available at any time in this society. It is well connected to bus stand and railway station. It is very strategically located very calm and quiet environment defence area is also very close. This society is full of greenery. Many trees are planted for fresh air.

This society is full of greenery. Schools, ATMs, malls are so nearby from this locality. I like this society too much there is nothing bad.

There is full availability of water and the quality of the water is very good. The transportation service is also good and cab are always available . You will always fell yourself safe here you can walk freely in the night. The malls are nearby by available and school also

electricity bill seperate . reserved open parking . double bedroom flat in wagholi .with amenities such a power back up security and lift this home offers you a lot of convience.

frequent traffic jams. metro station are not available in near by area in daily bases power cut for long time

public transport is good hospitals and schools are also in the vicinity good crowd living here so thats nice streets are well lit and clean metro is also present which is superb for students would recommend for both student's and families

need good street food roads need repairs potholes is a big problem i almost broke my suspension of my bike also traffic is too much makes too mych pollution irritating during the day

while Rohan abhilasha offers many positives, one drawback is the occasional maintenance delay in common areas. through minor, it can be inconvenient.

Good things here
This is the best locality with full of greenery. There is no history of crime in the neighbourhood and for the first time I have seen the such a locality which is full of trees and greenery. There are easily accessible schools and local markets nearby and quality of roads are also good.

The society is even safe in night and patrolling guards are also there so I have no issue with this locality and this is perfect for me.

Good things here
Best locality if you are preparing for JEE or NEET. They provide all the facilities without any problem. The streetlights are also well maintained and no history of crime is there in this locality. The cabs and nearby trains are easily available. There are malls and markets nearby.

Nothing to dislike about the place as I am preparing for JEE here and have not found any issue and this locality is best for me.

Good things here
I haven't faced any water shortage till now and there are accessible schools, malls and restaurants nearby of this locality. I feel safe for me and my family and the markets are also good and provide the products at cheap prices. The street lights are well maintained and it is even safe for walking on roads till 10:00 p.m.
Things need improvement
The society sometimes become polluted due to the sand and dust on roads and when the car passes from there it get scattered and that's why the pollution happens but not every time.

In my opinion this locality is the best locality to live safely with your family. I'm saying this because there is no history of crime in my neighbourhood. The quality of roads are also good and you will not face traffic in this locality. There are great schools and hospitals built and I certainly feel safe with my family even in night time. There are easily accessible local markets and malls nearby.

Yes school,malls and restaurant are very easy accessible and local market is also only 500 meter away it is also very easy accessible , locality is well mentioned and clean and i am not facing any pollution issues.

Good connectivity via public transport and private cabs such as OLA and Uber. Metro station is 2kms away. Multiple hospitals, schools, restaurants and grocery shops within 5kms. Wide roads and plenty of trees planted along the footpath. Frequent power cuts and voltage issues.

Good connectivity. The area is close to both the IT and industrial hubs. The area is prone to traffic jams, garbage clearance delays and severe waterlogging. The airport is not very far away. There are shopping centres, schols and hospitals nearby. Prices are on the higher side.
