Khar West is a bustling community with a friendly vibe, great connections, and a variety of services. The high expense of living and heavy traffic, however, might be disadvantages for locals.

Businesses may take advantage of Khar West's great location, which includes its lively atmosphere and close proximity to commercial centres. However, renters may find it difficult due to high leasing costs and a lack of available business space.
