Good things here

The space is located opp to Phoenix market city mall within 50 mtrs and Restaurants,Airport, school,hospitals,market etc within 200 mtrs ranageread more

Things need improvement

There is nothing to dislike presently till the flyover work starts from kurla Depo to Ghatkopar Near to R city mall it gets end which is proposed God knows when it shall b implementedread more

Good things here

Kurla West is a nice locality. it has very good connectivity to near schools, Kurla West stations, very near to Bandra Kurla complex, good food points and market. It is a very good area and friendly people around us. It is very good for commercial businesses such as production, scrap, machines, storing etcread more

Things need improvement

During the monsoon season, Kurla West frequently experiences waterlogging due to inadequate drainage systems. Discruptions in daily activities, damage to property, and increased risk of waterborne diseases.read more

Good things here

No neighbourhood crime plus there is little bit water logging during rainy season + There are great school hospital and mall in near by locality + transportation facilities are easily available in area + local market and malls are easily available from my property. Schools , malls and resturents are easilyu and frequntly available. Local train station is at a 2 min walk + bus station is also available at 2min walk from property + local vegitable market is available at 3 min walk + schools , college is available at 3 min walk + hospitals are available at 1 min walk. Airport is available at 10 min drive.read more

lot of construction is going around in neighbourhood. Metro station may take 1 to 2 years to start functining.read more
