I live in this locality and it is well connected to most parts of the city. The people are polite and friendly you can pretty much find all malls, gyms, supermarts, schools around. There is an amazing park as well that is used by everyone in the Kakatiya nagar. You can definitely look for a good place for reasonable rent.

A popular real estate market is Habsiguda. For buyers and investors, it is an appealing investment opportunity because to the well-established infrastructure, rising demand, and close proximity to business regions.

Tenants have a variety of rental alternatives with Habsiguda. Apartments and homes are offered at various price points to accommodate a range of demands and spending limits. But, I wish the GHMC people were more proactive about cleaning the locality.

Tenants may travel and visit other areas of the city with ease because to Habsiguda's placement near transit hubs. All the necessities are nearby. Except, there is a shortage of parking space and you wont be able to park a car on the road easily.

A thriving community may be found in the busy residential district of Habsiguda. It is a handy and energetic area to reside because there are schools, markets, and parks there.

Living in Habsiguda combines metropolitan conveniences with regional charm. It is a vibrant neighbourhood because to the accessible transit options and local activities. But, there is a constant problem of water shortage during summer.

It is a good place to stay for most people. Lots of facilities available including transportation, connectivity, supermarkets, and restaurants. Lots of educational institutions, gyms, sports coaching centres, and parks nearby. Good place for renting or buying real estate. Lots of traffic jams at times.

Habsiguda is one locality which is nice and metro station is there in less than one kilometre. Many educational institutions can be accessed in less than three kilometres. Lots of convenience stores as well. My issue is narrow roads and traffic congestion.

Many showrooms throughout the area and nearby bus stop and metro. Hospitals are also accessible with a large park and lots of greenery. Schools nearby and vegetable markets in the centre of the area every Friday. Rentals are reasonable with good water supply. Traffic management, drainage, and relief from mosquitoes are on my wish list.

Habsiguda has many shopping malls, food outlets, and more. The ambience is good with many trees. Metro is also there with bus stops, hospitals, railway stations, and good night safety. But waterlogging during monsoon is an issue. Some areas do have water supply problems.

Habsiguda is silent with low traffic levels. Water supply is good with many parks. Very nice and peaceful but garbage is there on road. Markets are also far away and you need to walk for some time to reach.
