Good things here

It has great schools and colleges near by good public transport connectivity. and amazing restaurants are available nearby. there is also various cinema malls and hospitals are available nearby. atmosphere is vibrant and all the necessary facilities are available easily.read more

Things need improvement

It beat far away from the city centre and there are a lot of traffic jam in this area but well traffic jams are the problem of all the locality.read more

The neighbors here are decent and nice. There are many places to visit nearby. There is a temple nearby where we can go to worship. There are many parks nearby where children can play. The road is wide and good which is accessible from the main road. There is a good school and hospital nearby. There is no problem of water shortage. Electricity supply is also good.Cab taxi can be easily booked at this place. There is a supermarket nearby. Grocery and milk shops are at some distance from home. Public transportation facility is also good.read more

Things need improvement

There are many places where CCTV cameras are not installed, which need to be installed. Due to being a very crowded area there is always a lot of noise. There is no good electronic shop nearby.read more

Project is just 100 mtrs from NH65, 1 Km from ISKCON Temple, has road on both the sides so can be accessed from two side, premium 2 BHK flats and has a provision of dedicated car park for every flat. Best location at best price.read more

NH 65 expansion is on the card so traffic can be an issue for some time may be by the time project is delivered it will get addressed.read more
