Our promoters have been part of various real estate projects across Mumbai & Thane with an estimated built-up area of 2 million Sq.ft. while over 1 million Sq.ft. land is currently in the development phase. We also handle slum rehabilitation projects under a Government scheme administered by the Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA), offering development rights in exchange for clearing and redeveloping slum lands, while providing replacement housing for the displaced slum dwellers.
