March 20, 2024: Real estate developer Suraksha Group has launched a new township project, Suraksha Smart City, in Vasai, MMR region, according to an official release. The mega township project is spread across 362 acre of land and includes 23-storeyed towers with smart-designed homes. It offers several amenities, including forest forest-themed garden. According to the developer, the project is within walking distance from Vasai station, ensuring easy connectivity.
Further, the township provides many amenities, including recreational and wellness activities, as well as various offerings tailored for children and senior citizens. The project has implemented Precast Technology to enhance scalability, reduce wastage and elevate quality standards. It is one of Asia’s largest captive pre-cast factories and 3D casting, the release said.
