The property is located at the Pimpri Chinchwad City and at this time that city is too much developed and hospital, school, metro station is not far away from society.read more

Good things here

Nearby the society local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available. connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Metro connectivity w=is good. Power backup is available in the society, no major electricity issues that are faced. There are no water supply issues. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time, pest control are also done. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments. The society has got all amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house, play area for kids. cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society, neighbours are friendly and cooperative. Traffic and water logging issues are not at all faced around the society. Drainage system of the society is good. parking is availablle in the society. Spacious balcony is available. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society.read more

Good things here

Transportation connectivity is good with availability of public transport options nearby like buses and autos. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym and swimming pool are available. The flats are very airy and spacious.read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance quality is quite poor, with very frequent electricity power cuts. Hygiene and cleanliness are not maintained. Some water logging issues exist. Amenities are also not maintained properly. Residents usually fight and argue over petty issues.read more
