Good things here
Living near hospitals is definitely reassuring in case of emergencies. It's great that garbage collections are timely, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene within the society. The absence of water supply and waterlogging issues further contributes to a comfortable living environment. The society's maintenance and cleanliness standards seem commendable, and having two balconies is a nice feature for residents to enjoy some outdoor space. Security being very good is crucial for peace of mind, and it's wonderful to hear that the society prioritizes the safety of its residents. Celebrating cultural festivals and events together can foster a sense of community and belonging among residents, creating opportunities for social interaction and mutual support.read more
Things need improvement
Buses stops are a bit far from the society. There are no metro stations nearby the society. Public transport options are limited. Also limited markets and shops are the around the society, we have to rely on delivery apps. Power backup is only for the common areas. The construction quality of the buildings average, seepage and leakage issues are sometimes seen in the apartments Club house, gym and swimmingpool is available but maintenance is not upto the mark.read more

Good things here
The maintenance of the society is good; there is regular cleaning and everything is well-maintained. Garbage collection is done on time, and there are no issues with water supply or power cuts. Additionally, the residents come together to celebrate festivals and are helpful and�cooperative.read more
Things need improvement
The biggest problem around the society is the lack of public transport. There are no auto-rickshaws, cabs, or rickshaws available nearby, and there is no bus stop either. I believe having public transport is essential. Additionally, there is a slight issue with seepage near the bathroom area, which needs to be addressed. Furthermore, there are amenities like a swimming pool, but it is not functional; it should be made�functional.read more

Good things here
The rooms in the apartments are very spacious and private. Cleanliness is top-notch, with regular mopping and sweeping. The build quality is excellent, with no leakage or seepage issues. All modern amenities are present in the society. The residents are friendly and create a pleasant community atmosphere.read more

The society has poor connectivity, with local transport being hard to access and only Ola and Uber services available. Additionally, schools and hospitals are not within walking distance.read more

Water supply issues in the society,there are no water supply from municiple corporation so society is using taker facility for water supply dur to that maintenance charges are bit high in the society. minor leakage and seepage issues are there in the society.read more

Managing commitee is so much partial toward owners and tenant ,there were different rules for tenants and owners.Security system was poor,maintenance was just pathetic like none of the amenities were functional.connectivity of the apartment is poor like no auto,cabs were easily available in the society.read more
