The first thing I have to say is that the project feels safe. There are good security services provided, there is ample open space. I jog and run on a special path in the morning and just enjoy my time alone. Working from home is a pleasure with a good cellular tower and calm environment. All facilities are good with the pool, gymnasium but all the problem of irregular water supply is still an issue. If not, the maintenance of the community is on time and they always follow up on your request.

I like my time in Mahindra Luminaire. Good facilities. They offer a Swimming pool with a separate kids pool, Half basketball court, Gymnasium, Tennis Court, Play Room, Banquet facilities, Squash Court, and more. Many greeneries and beautiful scenery. The cellular tower is good enough. The surrounding environment is secure to stay and work in. Rwa is quite responsive to all my requests. The quality of construction and equipment is done well here. The car parking room is enough and you get a large 16-hectare room to wander and relax. The only thing they have to see is an irregular water supply. This problem must be solved by the Corporation.

Mahindra Luminaire is a very good project, you can see it from superior construction, neat fixtures, and all facilities. From the pool and jogging track to the gymnasium, you will find everything you need including enough parking. Cellular connectivity is not a problem and you can work from home peacefully. Some water puddles were seen during the monsoon but did not disturb the population much. The problem of water supply is still there but it will be resolved according to the maintenance community. Maintenance facilities are satisfying and I like the open space, flower garden, and multipurpose court here. Highly recommended!

Trident Embassy is done exquisitely with every one of the exceptional assets being utilized for the improvement of the spot-like tiles for the ground surface. I like the view from the project. This is a big plus point. All facilities are good. The Exterior and Interior portions of these flats are highly recommended for their modern architectural design. It is well-connected through an integrated network of road and public transport. The residential property is equipped with modern amenities and provides world-class quality living to the residents. Malls shops and complexes are located nearby. I am glad to live here.

Mahindra Luminaire is a good project. Construction quality is very good with the best installation and fixtures. There are many open spaces in this project with so many green plants, you will be happy to use running lines or jogging here. Then the good security features exist and full power reserves so there are no electrical problems. The pool and gym are there to relax while many other facilities are there. I like the overall area is safe with several accumulated water in the monsoon. The project is still developing so some noise and all. The reverse cellular tower network is good here and the residents welcome you with a smile.
