School and restaurant are easily accessible. this is great place and great cleanliness. All are very near such as school restaurant park and hospital. No any crimes .

best part is cleanliness as there is no single piece of paper u see anywhere..great maintainance of garbage container...large parking space for cars and bikes...small garden with peaceful environment and small sapce for playing badminton...roads inside society complex and nearby is really good and no wayer logging in moonsoon season... hospitals and small clinics are at newrby distance in emergency situation...

main problem is security as many times he is absent and outside people are coming in complex...lift is frequently not working and there is high charges when we repair it... society members are not as much as cooperative as sometime two neighbours are fought for small things...noise pollution are there as it is heavy traffic area with lots of signals...

not,there was nothing history of crime in neighbourhood because thie area is peaceful and helpful people.yes I can easily accessible local market and big mall nearby about 0.5 to 1km.the electricity charges is decent and affordable to middle class family and there was nothing frequently power cutting in this location.yes I feel safe and my wife in the night time because the security guard and cameras are installed at all.i am any face water problem and shortage because the water flows every time

Road connectivity is very good asnd the international airport is very close. The infrastructure is good and there are good schools, hospitals and malls in the locality. Encroachment and the presence of slums is a problem and needs to be addressed.

Good connectivity to all parts of Mumbai, The problem in this area is air and water pollution. There is dirtiness as well. The area is still very livable and the apartment projects are very good. The neighbourhood is good and are mostly people working in the IT and industrial hubs nearby.

Connectivity is very good to all parts of Mumbai. The airport is just 10 kms aways, there is good shopping with parks and gardens in the area. It is very livable though there is a lot of air and sound pollution. The slums and the encroachment in the area are an eyesore. Apartment prices are rising rapidly.
