The area is suitable for commercial use, has a good frontage, and is close to the market, schools, hospitals, and banks. It's even only 20 minutes from Chennai International Airport. There are no traffic jams nearby. There are well-kept roads.

Nanganallur is a well-developed Spiritual peaceful neighbourhood in Chennai with a temple dedicated to all deities. The location is clean and convenient to leading schools and colleges, as well as bus, MRTS, and Metro train services.

At night, you're safe. Rare crimes were reported in this area. This area's connectivity is excellent, as we can travel anywhere from here thanks to the availability of public transport. Because of the connectivity and ample parking, the lifestyle is also good here. Hospitals, banks, metro stations, and railway stations are all nearby.

The shopping malls, airport, and railway station are all within 2 kilometers. So many stores sell electronics and clothing on the cheap. There are numerous temples in the area, the most well-known of which is Anjaneyar Temple. The metro is only 10 minutes away. It is a luxury neighbourhood in Chennai.
Nanganallur is an upcoming residential locality very close to the airport in the southern part of Chennai. It has been a part of Chennai Corporation since September 2011. Nanganallur has a lot of mostly 2 BHK and 3 BHK builder floors and even some individual homes. The rate for property in this area varies from Rs 8000 to Rs 10200 per sq. foot. There are industrial parks and SEZ zones nearby. Metro and bus connectivity are very good and there are metro stations and bus stands in the vicinity within walking distance. The place has a very good infrastructure of roads, schools, hospitals, offices, shopping and even shopping malls. The area is green and has an abundance of lakes, gardens and even forests. The area is developing into a major residential hub and there are 6 new residential projects under construction. The residential areas in the area around Nanganallur are Meenambakkam, Puzhuthivakkam, Madipakkam and Krishnapuram.
